At heart, I'm a consultant. I help businesses think more clearly, act more decisively, and get better results from their digital investment. How I engage
Not every business needs the same kind of involvement. Some need a senior pair of hands on a defined project. Others need someone embedded in their team over a longer period. A few need a trusted advisor they can call on when it matters.
I work flexibly across all of these formats. The engagement model is shaped around what will actually create value for you — not what fits a standard agency contract.
Senior support
Senior ecommerce experience without the full-time headcount. I work alongside your team on a part-time basis, contributing at a strategic level — shaping direction, challenging assumptions and helping you make better decisions faster. Useful when you need experienced input but aren't ready for a permanent senior hire.
Senior support
Senior oversight of your conversion rate optimisation programme — strategy, governance, analysis and stakeholder reporting. I bring the rigour and commercial accountability that CRO often lacks when it sits with a generalist team. Typically structured around a day or two per week over a sustained period.
Interim
Covering a leadership gap, a period of transformation, or a specific strategic initiative. I step in at a senior level, get up to speed quickly, and deliver — then hand over cleanly. Available for defined periods of three to twelve months.
Project
A defined piece of work with clear deliverables and a fixed timeline. Analytics audits, experimentation programme reviews, channel strategy assessments, or commercial roadmapping. Good for businesses that know what they need and want it done properly.
Advisory
A retained advisory relationship — regular calls, access to my thinking when decisions need to be made, and a senior sounding board for your leadership team. Typically a small number of hours per month. Best suited to founders or senior leaders who want an experienced outside perspective.
Embedded
Working inside an agency or consultancy to raise the quality of client delivery, develop senior account teams, and provide the credibility that comes from genuine enterprise experience. Useful for agencies looking to move upmarket or win larger clients.
